Bob Aker Painting was established in 1975. We take pride in providing great service, high quality work and reasonable prices to the Santa Barbara area, including Carpinteria, Solvang, Santa Ynez, Summerland and Montecito.
We operate 3 painting crews, each led by one of our long-term (18+ years!) foremen, which allows for flexibility and experience in meeting the requirements of most any project.
We have established a solid long-term reputation for being prompt and courteous, accommodating and easy to work with.
Bob and his crew worked on our house as part of a large remodeling project. His team was professional and quick, and even worked with our neighbors to paint a side of our house that was inaccessible from our own yard. MEET BOB
Bob in his hybrid Ford Escape cruising around town, coordinating work with crews and meeting with customers!
Bob was born in Cincinnati, Ohio and moved to Santa Barbara in the 70s. He loves music, Cincinnati Chili, swimming, golf and hanging out at the beach. He raised two children here in town. They both attended Roosevelt Elementary School, Santa Barbara Junior High and Santa Barbara High School. He has been in the painting business since 1975.
